4.1 Description of Products
The products for sale on the Aka Gioielli website are handcrafted jewelry. Each item is described in detail with information on materials, dimensions and specific features. The images are provided for illustrative purposes and, while we try to faithfully represent the products, there may be small variations compared to the actual appearance.
4.2 Prices
All product prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and visible during the purchase process. Aka Gioielli reserves the right to change prices at any time, however, the price applied will be the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
A clear error reported in the price on the website compared to the commonly known price of the chosen product, entails the right for us to not confirm the shipment and proceed with an immediate refund of the value of the purchase paid by you, without you being able to raise objections in this regard.
We will not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4.3 Payment Methods
For the payment of products and related shipping costs we use the services of Shopify Payments, compliant with the PCI standard and supporting 3D Secure payments. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal etc. The payment is processed at the time of order confirmation and only after receiving the payment will we proceed with the preparation and shipment of the product.
4.4 Shipping

4.5 Right of Withdrawal

4.6 Refunds
Once we have received the returned products and verified their condition, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method chosen for the initial purchase. We will send you an email notification once the refund process is complete.

Aka Gioielli products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with the Consumer Code. In the event of manufacturing defects, the customer has the right to repair or replace the product at no additional cost, provided that the request is made within the warranty period and that the defect is not due to improper use.
