Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused—with its warranty certificate and in the original packaging.

If you logged into your account before making your purchase, you can request a return directly in the “Returns and Exchanges” section. Alternatively, you can contact us at customercare@akagioielli.it, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
