Shipping policy

Shipping costs are €6.90 in Italy, France, Germany, and Spain. Free shipping on orders of €69 or more.

In other EU countries, shipping costs are €9.90. Free shipping on orders of €69 or more.

Once handed over to the courier, orders take 3 to 6 business days to be delivered in Italy, France, Germany, and Spain.

In other European countries, delivery times are 4–9 business days. 

Aka Gioielli uses Amazon Logistics for shipping.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note that during peak periods, order processing may be delayed.

Orders are processed very quickly, so Aka Gioielli cannot change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the courier.

Please note that Aka Gioielli is not responsible for any delivery delays for orders that have had their delivery address changed.
